Puppets puppets puppets – free presentation tonight at 7 PM.

Tonight at 7 PM come check out what we’ve been up to the past 4 days.

We’ve been hard at work on our adaptation of 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA – on Day 2 we had changes  and had to reprint the whole script – on Day 3 we only to reprint half the script – and on Day 4 we’re only reprinting one page. So progress.

We’ve been working on exactly how to tell the story – what scenes are puppet scenes, what scenes are mixes of human and puppets – essentially what’s the language of the show – who do we tell this in a way that is continually interesting.

Yesterday Jon and Jason made all of our puppets out of City Newspaper and we did a crash course with our actors on how to use the new puppets.

Now we’ll continue to work thru it thru this afternoon – and then we’ll have an audience come in (maybe you?) and we’ll see what works…

Let’s do this thing!
